Not many parks have a rail line running along side, especially in the Northern Rivers. But Apex Park in Kyogle has this claim to fame.
Apex park in Kyogle also has Collins Creek as one if its borders, so it certainly is one of a kind. You can follow the path down by the creek to dip your toes in on a hot day. Or sit under one of the many shade trees spread out through the park.
There is a lot of natural plants and gardens around the park and plenty of green grass to throw a picnic rug over. If that is not your style, there are a number of tables for more civil dining and a BBQ to cook up a storm.
Show the good folks from the local APEX club that you care. Go and visit APEX park in Kyogle some time soon.
